* Added orthographic camera controller * Updated GLFW and imgui submodules * Added proper window resize handling * Upgrade to VS 2019 + Organization - Moved GenerateProjects.bat script to scripts/Win-GenProjects.bat - Changed gen projects script to generate VS 2019 solution, and re-added pause upon completion - Moved many files from src/Hazel to src/Hazel/Core - Updated premake5.exe to 5.0 alpha 14, primarily for VS 2019 support * Adding VS files to gitignore * Added templates for (future) issues and pull requests

According to the github help page the templates require a minimal YALM font matter with name and about.
