Message channel deployment

1. Create a zip file with the contents of the messagedeploy folder
2. If a mac user, go to terminal and remove bad files via zip -d messagedeploy.zip "__MACOSX*"
3. Deploy messagedeploy.zip using workbench

How to use this solution

For the LWC and VF components, click "Subscribe" to start receiving messages. "Unsubscribe" will make the component to stop listening

Then, simply type a message, click "Send Message" and voila!
