Google Hangout Popout Window Broken

Steps to reproduce

1. Open Google Hangouts in Hamsket
2. Open a chat with someone
3. Click the Popout Up/Right Arrow at the top to launch chat window

Expected behavior

A free floating Chat window for that conversation should launch away from the parent Hamsket window.

Actual behavior

A blank browser window is opened instead linking to https://hangouts.google.com/webchat/frame3?zx=1234567890

(where 1234567890 is, presumably, the id of the chat in question)

Does this happen upstream: unknown (never used Rambox, came directly to Hamsket)
