Incorrect number of related observables returned

Problem Description

When looking at an observable, the links section contains a list of 'observables seen in other cases'.

However, if more than 10 observables will ever be returned/listed in that section.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create 20 cases
2. Add the same observable to each
3. Look at one of the observables in one of the cases, it will show 10 observables seen in other cases instead of 19
