A simplified and optimised NPC system
Civilians is an optimised NPC plugin for Minecraft servers. The plugin makes use of the optimised Paper software, NMS, Packets and the ACF command framework.
The plugin has a main API class NPCManager for adding, removing and editing NPCs.
The plugin also provides several custom events for managing interactions with NPCs.
