Lucia + Drizzle test app

This is a test app, built with Next.js and Drizzle ORM and featuring authentication with Lucia.

This project uses Docker to run the Next.js app itself, as well as a local Postgres DB and Drizzle Studio.

Getting Started

First, copy the contents of .env.example into a new .env file, and fill in any empty variables.

If not filling in the DB values, the local Postgres DB run with Docker will be used by default. If you want to use a different database, feel free to change these values. All other variables are required.

Now run both the local DB and the Next app with Docker Compose:

docker compose up -d

Initialize the database by running:

docker compose exec app pnpm db:push

Open localhost:3000 in your browser to see the app.
You can also view the database in Drizzle Studio at local.drizzle.studio.
