Minor update; supporting Gems updated.

This updated Gems such as Rake, Reek, and RuboCop to their now-current versions. RuboCop in particular required some mode reformatting (but no functional changes).

Initial (mostly) production-ready release.

The code and tests are as extracted from other, presently internal applications which are successfully using them as is.
