Improvements

In this release there are small improvements that were pushed into master long ago.

For instance MailMessage model has extended selection methods to select only messages that match condition of message for sending.

Code from master was working fine in one of the project so it can be assumed as stable.

php-amqp library was changed to actual package with active development.

This probably should be 1.3 or at least part of it but for now let it stay as part of 1.2 version.
