Sidebar doesn't respect state when switching tabs

Hi!

When switching tabs with the Synced Sidebar plugin the sidebar is always automatically expanded. This is annoying as I often collapse the sidebar when working and only show it with the keyboard shortcut when I need to access/see the file I'm working on or other files in the project.

It would be great if the plugin updated the currently selected file in the sidebar, but didn't show the sidebar if it's not visible.

See #6. There are no APIs to fix this in Sublime Text 2, but Sublime Text 3 has added one that's close enough :)

Thanks for the info. I'll have to give ST3 a proper go!
