由于又拍云赞助的资源额度用尽，且申请提额被拒，计划将下载节点上的文件搬至 GitHub 和极狐，使用 LFS 存储。

实际测试发现 GitHub 的 LFS 免费计划限制只能存 1G 文件，外网流量每个月 1G，根本没法用。
极狐暂时没发现有限制，准备用极狐，GitHub 上留一个文档说明，不做镜像。
