This PR adds the following default frequency plans:

  • AU_915_928 FSB1
  • US_902_928 FSB1
  • IN_865_867

and the following frequency plans from the Public Community Network:

  • EU_863_870 with Rx2 at SF9BW125
  • AU_915_928 FSB2
  • US_902_928 FSB2
  • CN_470_510 FSB11
  • AS_920_923 (with and without LBT)
  • AS_923_925 (with and without LBT)
  • KR_920_923
  • RU_864_870

I think it would be helpful if we have a _TTN suffix for the TTN Community Network plans that otherwise seem default if you look at the ID, like KR and RU

I would say in RX2 here

US_902_928 (2 FSBs), AU_915_928 (2 FSBs), CN_470_510 (TTN FSB), AS_920_923, AS_923_925, KR_920_923, IN_865_867, RU_864_870
