Download the latest version;
Drop "improved-apiculture-datapack.zip" inside your ".minecraft/saves/<world>/datapacks" folder; (how to open .minecraft folder);
Launch Minecraft;
Load the Resource Pack (how to load a resource pack);
Join the world. With cheats on, type /reload to complete the installation;
Have fun!
