Blacklisting Items

Some items might be too overpowered for the leveling systems, or maybe you just want to disable the systems for certain weapons. With Levels 2 and 3, you now have the ability to blacklist items from obtaining the leveling systems. To do so, all you need is the registry name of the item (typically modid:itemname). In the configuration file, find the blacklist string, and add whichever items you want.
