This contains a new OpenAiService, and the old service is now deprecated. Moving this to a separate library will allow people to use the retrofit client without adding too many transitive dependencies. Now reads error bodies and includes them in exceptions

Deprecated the old OpenAiService and created a new one in the service module to keep this separated.
New version reads server errors and displays their messages in the stack trace.
