PheonixDashboard v2.0

This update fixes an issue concerning the logtime feature. The logtime.js file has therefore been completely rewritten.
I also prepare the arrival of the chrome extension which should be available shortly (currently under review).

Most of the bugs that have been reported to me have therefore been fixed during this update.
