Bumped nvimtree and lualine configs to the latest changes. Fixed lualine repo.

For whever reason, the maintainers of sumneko modified build scripts for sumneko since commit c51e209. I have accounted for the changes in this commit.

This is a pr that I just forced out of my system this morning.
Life it a bit crazy right now, but I have finally carved out the time to fix this.
This mainly fixes some issues with the statusline and displaying powerline glyphs.
Lualine also changed where the main repo is located, so those changes have been reflected.
This pr will also focus on updating configs to reflect the latest changes in various plugins (nvimtree for the most part)
I have some plans for the future of nii-nvim, but for now, consider this project now "stable" I will be making a bigger release soon.
