IHC module are used for home automation but it is no more supported so if your IHC controller broke you shall replace all your devices... Or you can use a arduino to replace your IHC contoller !
Here is the Atmel studio project that contain a program able to generate frames to manage IHC output modules with 8 chanels. There is also a PDF that explain how it works. A small software (developed with Processing) allow to quickly test the system but you should develop your own interface adapted to your needs using a raspberry for example.
