No upgrade instructions

I've been running ThinkUp beta 0.1 on a production server all this time and now I would like to update it to the latest version 0.9. I tried to locate some upgrade instructions but failed to do so. Thus, I'm creating this issue.

Hi there--we need to make the document available/clearer. Just unzip thinkup and visit its URL in your browser to upgrade.

You mean, just overwrite all old files on the production server with the ones from the latest archive? It's kind of scary...

Yep, that's what I mean. Make a backup of your files and database
before you start.
