User functionality:

The User can log and register
The User can create a budget
The User can add deductions to a budget
The User is able to share their budget and deduction with other users
The User can give other user permission to view or edit their budget and deductions
Users can split the budget to see how much they need to contribute to complete the budget
User can see upload screenshots or images of receipts or slips as proof of a payment
