Switched from Undernet back to GameSurge, because some countries seemed to block Undernet.
Added if statement for using CRC with Anomaly and CoC.
Added protected catch exceptions for functions used by Anomaly.

To install CoCRC:

Use 7zip or another program to unzip CoCRC-0.9.2.7z.
Copy the files inside the folder into your Call of Chernobyl directory.
Start 'Chernobyl Relay Chat.exe'
Go to Options to choose your channel, language or name.
Start Call of Chernobyl, and while in game press Enter to talk.
Gasmask, vodka and sausage all optional but recommended.

To upgrade CoCRC:

Open Registry Editor in Windows, and go to HKEY_CURRENT_USER -> SOFTWARE -> Chernobyl Relay Chat
Delete the Chernobyl Relay Chat folder in Registry Editor.
Proceed with normal installation.

• Moved from Libera Chat to GameSurge, as Libera didn't want us 'taking advantage of their infrastructure for our game'.
• Removed CLIENTINFO command whenever someone joins, as for Libera and GameSurge this can cause an access denied error and attract unwanted attention.
• Set the default Death notification interval to 1 minute, just to avoid death spam in he chat. This may be changed as time goes on.
