Mekanism has always had difficulties working with Minetweakers due to recipes not properly being removed. Now you can remove them instead using Mekanism's own config to disable those recipes.

Configs to allow users to disable Mekanism recipes from its own configs.
A workaround to the Minetweaker issue where Shaped and Shapeless recipes are not properly removed on load.
For machine recipes they'll still need Minetweaker.
