Fort Knox Edition v1.0

A vanilla romhack of Pokemon Yellow working on the most up to date understanding of bugfixes and glitches. Implements hardening strategies to block save corruption, trainer fly, and RNG manipulation, and the lavender tower sequence break, in addition to numerous other oversights and exploits including badge boost reapplication and the badge boosts being given in the wrong order.

known issue: Substitute bugfix is broken and may prevent the move from working properly (Affects difficulty of the Agatha fight)
