In fact, you are using it with old “and distribute” instead of “and/or distribute”… |

Actually, gnu.org has pretty clear suggestions:
Expat License is usually called MIT License. It is pretty popular and it works similarly. But if you want it to be as lax as possible, then why not CC0 (public domain)? This, however, is not critically important. As I've said, any license will do as long as it is specified. :) |
I cannot find it, it looks like the license is not specified at all.
I kinda expect GPL or AGPL, but I understand that Artistic License (or more like a disjunction of Artistic and GPL) is somewhat preferred in perl community. Any license is fine as long as it is specified.
