Thanks for the prompt approval @awenocur . I realized I still need one tweak on the Rd side, and update NEWS so I will do one more micro commit in a bit. |

This PR
goes most of the way towards extendingextendsfactorsupport toorderedbut does not yet current an appropridate Arrow object, so marked 'draft' for nowincluding support for Arrow, data.frame, data.table, tibble, ... and schema printing.
