tox_options should take a ip:port pair for tcp_port.
You may not want t bind it to all interfaces, but one specific interface.

The relevant savefile code should be extended as well.

Ideally you would also want to add a no_proxy field as well, that defaults to 127.0.0.1,localhost. You might have a custom/permanent BS node server running on the local network that you don't want proxied.
