actions-gh-pages アクションで .github/workflows 配下に workflow を配置・コミットしても、productionブランチで発火してくれないので、Firebase Hosting へのデプロイフローを、masterブランチのデプロイ workflow 内に 移動する（dist 配下をデプロイする）。
