Add Custom Categories to Saved MP Characters & Vehicles

This PR adds support for custom, user-created, categories for saved MP Characters and vehicles.

All existing MP Characters & Vehicles and all new Vehicles are put into the default "Uncategorized" category.

Features (both):

• User-defined name
• User-defined description (optional)
• User-defined icon
• Rename existing categories
• Change existing category's descriptions and icons
• Move MP Characters/Vehicles between categories
  • Can also create new categories directly from MP Character/Saved Vehicle edit menu
• Delete categories
  • Optional checkbox to delete all MP Characters/Saved Vehicles within category

MP Character Specific Features:

• Specify category from MP Character creation screen
