Includes changes made to algorithm to make it more nuanced. Specifically, it takes into account distinctive features when comparing phonemes now. For more information, see the README.

Version 1

This release works as described in the README. Future changes that are coming involve scoring of similarity between phonemes using phonetic features rather than black-and-white measures of whether a phoneme is or isn't a vowel and whether or not it's the same phoneme. Another possible change is an alteration of the sequence comparison method for words with differing phonemic lengths. Enjoy!
