Describe your changes

adds parameters to show2D so that the figure can be further configured: i.e. colorbars and ticks+labels can be removed.

In this current state there is only one boolean to control every colorbar and ticks+labels. It'd be nice to be able to control every subplot independently.

Please add any demo scripts to CIL-Demos/misc/
