Clean up Cell Scan Data for M.H.
BASED on very specific M.H.'s requirements
EXAMPLE: Run 'python3 cleanup.py --path sampleData'
HELP: usage: cleanup.py [-h] [--file FILE] [--path PATH]
Clean up Data files in current directory - Create/Append (if existing) output in "clean_data.txt" - Tab-delimited
optional arguments: -h, --help show this help message and exit --file FILE Clean up a specified file (default: all files in current directory) --path PATH Target specified directory (default: current directory)
