Electron-Cash-Satochip v4.0.8-0.8

Electron-Cash v4.0.8 with Satochip plugin v0.8 and improved 2-Factor-Authentication (Satochip-2FA) support:
* A new setting menu is available when clicking on the satochip logo in the low right corner of the window.
* Add support for PIN change and seed reset
* In addition to transactions, 2FA is now required to sign messages, import eckey and reset seed/eckey/2FA.
* 2FA can be disabled, only when the seed and all private keys are cleared.

Electron-Cash client for use with the Satochip hw wallet. It requires a satochip smartcard loaded with the satochip javacard applet v0.8. This release is based on the release 4.0.8 of the original electron-Cash client, with the modifications required to support Satochip. If 2FA is enabled, the 2FA app should be installed on an android device.
