I have more than one gesture to use , like drag, swipe, pan ,pinch ; Can i just recognize only one gesture at a given time, rather than to recognize them simultaneously?

If the gestures are on the same object, only one of them will be recognized by default. If not, take a look at Checkers example — it has exclusive gesture functionality when you press .
