Requirement

As a user, I want to configure if the Outline initial state should be "all closed", "fully expanded", or "expanded up to level N"

Fantastic! This, along with #7 would basically complete the package for me personally. I just discovered this package and I'm very happy to see that all these great features will be implemented!
