isa2rdf uses isa-tools code to generate the experimental graph and writes the graph into W3C RDF with the help of Apache Jena library
The experimental graph of an investigation is a directed acyclic graph, where the named nodes (Source name , Sample name, Assay name are the graph nodes, and the Protocol REF are the graph edges. The example graphs are generated by this code.
