What is this discord bot for?

This bot is a multipurpose bot created to help users in the UIC Tracker Discord server.

We plan to make this bot have a RPG text based game element (subject to change).

How to install/use?

Prerequisites

• Node.js & NPM
• Typescript
• Typescript Node Dev aka tsnd

Installation

1. Download the repository
2. Run npm install

Directions - General Hotreload

1. Edit any files
2. Run npm run ts_start

Directions - Optimized Hotreload

1a. If this is your first time, run tsc for initial compilation

1. Run npm run ts_autocompile
2. Run npm run js_start
3. Any time you want the bot to reload, send the reload command!
