Fix! Fix Ivy Failing Test: paddle jax tensoflow- general.inplace_update

PR Description

These three tests were performed using the ivy.inplace_update function with the backend in strict mode. However, this mode is not supported by JAX, Paddle, and TensorFlow. Therefore, I removed strict mode. If there is any other way give me guidance Thanks.
All three backed tests are passing.
