feat: Updated black formatter to latest version and modified files accordingly

New version of black is released. So, I have updated it's version in the .pre-commit-config.yaml file, and modified all the files accordingly.

There are quite a few test failures in the CI (6 of them which also pass on main) but none seem to be related to the changes made in the PR as all we're doing is formatting.
