And now you see (just from the Fall River stuff) why I never could quite get myself to work up a fix. Thanks for these. I'll pull in and run an update from work at some point today. |

Added a commit to reposition the I-95 point in MA286. As this is arguably the same configuration as what was previously in the HB, just a much better representation of it, we could leave out the updates text entry. Thoughts? |

I'm generally in favor of leaving out updates messages unless there's a real chance they'll affect someone's .list file. |

This started as a mod to address #200, but a bit of mission creep set in and I ended up editing some other things around the state.
