Fixed by adding Highland Ave (HigAve_W) and ChaHillRd (Chambers Hill Rd) points.
Removing PA 441 FP Entry
Purposefully left road names as alternate labels. Also synced up PA 23 with the directional split of US 202.

Plus other minor revisions most notably syncing up US 202 at PA 23 in Bridgeport (despite both directions of US 202 being on different routes) and adding a point at Tower Rd (New Germany interchange) on US 219.
