@si404 there are only departement border sign at the northernmost border between IDF and CVL but the short segments in IDF most belong to CVL. There are no departement signs at the southernmost border change just north of Pussay though.
@si404 there is a new route "fracvl.d040377" in CVL which belongs to IDF's departement 77, see updates.csv! There are no departement signs, km posts indicating anything about departements, and the section has no connection to any other dedicated route in CVL
