A personal Scoop.sh bucket for apps for apps I couldn't find in known buckets.

How do I install these manifests?

After manifests have been committed and pushed, run the following:

scoop bucket add tre-bucket https://github.com/Tremontaine/tre-bucket
scoop install Tremontaine/magpie
