Core needs implementation of GO state 24 to kill a lot of startup errors and properly fix orgrimmar.

Table gameobject has gameobject (GUID: 200254 Entry: 20651) with invalid state (24) value, skip
Table gameobject has gameobject (GUID: 200255 Entry: 20649) with invalid state (24) value, skip

elevelators in orgrimmar doesnt work with state 24...probably others doesnt work too
