Description:

Some problems with mage arcane spell

Current behavior:

Buff (Missil Barrage) when released you apply the (Arcane Missil) These two spell is with error / 1. Arcane Missil has no cooldown 2. Missil Barrage should disappear when using Arcane Missil she is staying.

Expected behavior:

1. When applying Arcane Missil when the Missil Barrage is released it should disappear,
2. Arcane Missil using once should gets cooldown. Plus he has no cooldown.

We don't support custom cores. This is already fixed (see #21466)

@diegobfl Try with clean TC. If it no longer happens, make sure you have uptodate DB.
If it does happen on clean TC then reopen this or create a new issue.

I just checked, the correction you made, is in my core and even then the error still continues.
