On a baremetal install non-random input keeps spamming. This happens when you get to the screen to choose to use Compute, Live 64 and etc. When you press c on any of the choices to enter the cmdline, non-random characters spam often these: "GNU GU1;00H GNU GU1;00!:))H GNU GU1;00H" And it never stops.

Makes it impossible to change to VGA mode as I am getting indefinite hang blinking cursor if I use the default serial port 2.

Things I have tried:
Changing keyboards.
Unplugging keyboard.

System is using c600/x79 chipset and USB2 Enhanced. The mobo is unbranded reporting "Not provided by O.E.M." for all the ID's.

Currently trying to see if SmartOS will install and if it will have same issue.
