Upload function is broken after an error has occurred. You can choose a file, but then no progress indicator, nothing happens - after hard refresh it works again and could upload the fixed file

Actually this is unrelated to the error and also happens after a successful upload... seems like it might be related to the "success" state reset on the button?

Edit: not related
