Issue Summary

When sending email newsletters, email counts are displayed without correct formatting (e.g. thousand separators) in both confirmation modal:

and in the post status confirmation:

To Reproduce

  1. Publish a post with "Send by email" enabled, with more than 1,000 members.

  • Ghost Version: 3.28.0
