Issue Summary

If the first typed char after setting the title of a post is / then the slash menu appears but is blank.

To Reproduce

  1. Start a new post
  2. Move the cursor to the title and enter something
  3. Move the cursor to the body and press /
  4. Note that the slash menu appears but is empty

The slash menu should show all cards as usual.

Technical details:

  • Ghost Version: 2.1.0
  • Browser/OS: Chrome 68 / macOS
