Was causing import errors with Sluge, which had some >125-char alt tags https://github.com/TryGhost/Ghost/blob/main/ghost/core/core/server/data/schema/schema.js\#L111-L112

We're working on migrating https://readsludge.com from WordPress to Ghost, and I'm making a few customizations in a fork of this plugin for edge cases (eg: image photographer credits metadata).
But hoping this addition can be useful to everyone else, since captions & alt text are generally 1:1 between WordPress and Ghost.
