Add Rocky's updated Forklift model

Improved collision and usability of the Forklift hittable for Versus Tanks. REMINDER: The broken state of the Forklift: https://github.com/Tsuey/L4D2-Community-Update/blob/v1.1.0/root/scripts/vscripts/community/maps/c2m2_fairgrounds.nut#L70 Is still weird. Can use `surfaceprop` in-game to see it normal before, and weird after. It remains weird after multiple recompiles, but the script does account for it.
