This function solves the problem (这个功能解决的问题)

You can use global CSS variables like WindICSS to child component, reducing the workload of child components custom style.

Expected API (期望的 API)

 <n-tabs type="bar" pane-style="padding-top:0" size="medium"> ...</n-tabs>

would be like:

 <n-tabs type="bar" pane-class="pt-0" size="medium"> ...</n-tabs>
